The provider undertakes to make the following information available to the buyer:
When the provider receives an order sent by the buyer, it immediately confirms receipt of the order. This confirmation does not guarantee that the goods are in stock or that shipment has begun, but merely notifies the buyer that the provider has received the order and that the process of verifying product availability has commenced. After verifying availability, the provider dispatches the goods. The purchase agreement between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider sends the order confirmation.
All prices on the website are listed in EUR and include value-added tax (VAT). A reduced price is a discounted regular price that applies for a definite or indefinite period.
